Burger Bowl.
For 2
500g minced beef
Chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Frozen Fries
Special Sauce:
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp American Mustard
1 tsps Pickle juice
1/4 cup of Mayonaise
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Mix well and drizzle over bowl
For the Bowl:
lettuce, shredded
large tomato,
sliced pickles,
cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooked Fries
Prepare
Place the frozen fries into the air fryer for nominated time. Cook onion and minced beef in fry pan and add salt and pepper to taste.
Make the Special Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together all the special sauce ingredients until well combined.
Assemble the Burger Bowl:
In a large serving bowl, layer the fries, shredded lettuce as the base. Top with tomatoes, sliced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.Place the cooked beef on top and drizzle the special sauce over the entire bowl.

Smashed Taco
For 2
500g minced beef or chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Black beans (can)
1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small corn or flour tortillas
Toppings:
Diced tomatoes
Chopped lettuce
Grated cheese
Avocado or guacamole
Sour cream
Salsa
Instructions:
Mix meat, onions, handful of cheese and taco seasoning in a bowl and mix. Form mixture into balls.
Heat frypan with oil and when hot place the meat ball into the pan and place a tortilla over the top, press down on the tortilla so the meat ball becomes a patty. cook for a few minutes and then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Once the meat and tortilla are cooked remove from fry pan and add all desired toppings on top.
Fold tortilla and enjoy.

Frittata
For 2
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/4 cup cooked potatoes, diced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Ham, bacon or any protein
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil or butter, for cooking
Instructions:
Vegetables: heat frypan and drizzle olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic and chosen vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped spinach and diced potatoes to the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach has wilted and the potatoes are heated through.
Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Once combined, stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
Combine and Cook: Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and gently stir to ensure the vegetables are evenly distributed.
Cook until egg mixture is set.

Overnight Oats
For 2
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
½ cup Greek yoghurt (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana, or apple), nuts, and seeds for topping
Instructions
In a jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Add fruit, nuts and any toppings with an extra drizzle of maple syrup or honey. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.

Corn Fritters
For 2
1/2 Self Raiser Flour
1 Egg
1 420g can of Corn
40ml Milk
50g Fetta
Butter
Avocado
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Rocket to Garnish
Instructions
Mix drained corn, flour, eggs, milk in a bowl to make a batter. You can add feta to the mixture or add it to the finished fritters or both. Heat frypan and add butter to cook. Once cooked on both sides place fritters onto a plate, add avocado, sweet chilli sauce and fetta to serve.
